Miru Recipe is a recipe app that helps users save YouTube and web recipes as ingredients, steps, and cooking notes. This policy is provided in English and Japanese for global App Store support.

ミルレシピ（以下「本アプリ」）は、YouTube の料理動画をステップごとのレシピに変換するアプリです。ユーザーのプライバシー保護に努めています。

Data We Collect and Use / 収集・利用するデータ

Local storage: Saved recipes, shopping lists, recipe import credits, and purchase status are stored on your device. Your saved or edited recipe library and shopping lists are not automatically uploaded to our recipe-processing server or Google Gemini.

URLs and recipe/video information (version 1.0.13 and later): When you request a YouTube recipe import, the app sends the public video's ID and the output language (Japanese or English) to Firebase Functions operated by Nikki Apps. The server retrieves public video information through the YouTube Data API and sends the public YouTube video URL and the creator's description to Google Gemini to extract ingredients and cooking steps. It does not request subtitle files or viewer comments. For other supported recipe URLs, the app may contact the relevant site to retrieve page content or public metadata.

Diagnostics: Crash and error details may be sent to Sentry to improve app stability.

ローカル保存: 保存したレシピ、買い物リスト、ハート残数、購入状態はお使いのデバイス内に保存されます。保存・編集済みのレシピ一覧や買い物リストを、レシピ処理用サーバーや Google Gemini に自動送信することはありません。

入力された URL・動画情報（バージョン1.0.13以降）: YouTube レシピの取り込みを実行すると、公開動画の ID と出力言語（日本語または英語）を、Nikki Apps が管理する Firebase Functions に送信します。サーバーは YouTube Data API から公開動画情報を取得し、公開 YouTube 動画の URL と投稿者の説明文を Google Gemini に渡して、材料と調理手順を抽出します。字幕ファイルや視聴者コメントの取得は行いません。その他の対応レシピ URL では、アプリが対象サイトへ接続し、ページ本文や公開メタデータを取得する場合があります。

クラッシュ・診断情報: アプリの品質改善と障害調査のため、エラー内容、端末情報、アプリの状態などの診断情報が Sentry に送信される場合があります。

収集しないデータ

• 端末のGPSによる現在地は取得しません。広告SDKはIPアドレスからおおよその地域を推定する場合があります。
• 支払いカード番号などの決済情報を本アプリが直接収集・保存することはありません。
• 保存したレシピを、ユーザーの操作なしに公開または販売することはありません。

Third-Party Services / サードパーティサービス

YouTube / Google API (version 1.0.13 and later): The server uses the YouTube Data API to obtain the public video's title, creator's description, thumbnail, channel name, duration, and public availability. Gemini analyzes the public video itself, including speech and on-screen information; this is different from downloading a subtitle file. Video playback uses the official YouTube embedded player.

YouTube / Google API（バージョン1.0.13以降）: サーバーは YouTube Data API を使い、公開動画のタイトル、投稿者の説明文、サムネイル、チャンネル名、動画の長さ、公開状態を取得します。Gemini は音声や画面内の情報を含む公開動画そのものを解析しますが、これは字幕ファイルのダウンロードとは異なります。動画の再生には YouTube の公式埋め込みプレイヤーを使用します。

Firebase Functions / Google Gemini: Recipe extraction is processed by Nikki Apps' Firebase Functions and Google's Gemini API. The hosting service also processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect the service. We record model name, processing time, token usage, and input mode for operational diagnostics and cost management; the app does not intentionally include recipe text in those usage logs. Information sent to Google is handled under Google's privacy policy and the Gemini API terms.

Firebase Functions / Google Gemini: レシピ抽出は、Nikki Apps が管理する Firebase Functions と Google の Gemini API で処理します。ホスティングサービスでは、サービスの提供・保護に必要な技術的なリクエスト情報も処理されます。運用診断と費用管理のため、モデル名、処理時間、トークン使用量、入力方式を記録しますが、この使用量ログにレシピ本文を意図的に含めることはありません。Google に送信された情報は、Google のプライバシーポリシーおよび Gemini API 利用規約 に従って取り扱われます。

Earlier App Versions / 旧版アプリについて

Versions earlier than 1.0.13 may obtain video descriptions, captions, comments, or related text on the device and send text to Firebase Functions when importing a recipe. To keep those installed versions working during the update, the server retains a text-input compatibility route: it sends the submitted recipe-source text to Gemini. The updated server does not fetch subtitle files or viewer comments, and it does not use a separately submitted comments field. The video-ID flow described above applies to version 1.0.13 and later; updating the server alone does not change how an older installed app obtains its input.

1.0.13より前のアプリでは、取り込み時に端末で動画の説明文、字幕、コメント等の関連テキストを取得し、Firebase Functions に本文を送信する場合があります。インストール済みの旧版を更新期間中も利用できるよう、サーバーにはテキスト入力の互換経路を残し、受け取ったレシピ元の本文を Gemini に送信します。更新後のサーバー自体は字幕ファイルや視聴者コメントを取得せず、別項目で送信されたコメントも使用しません。上記の動画 ID による経路は1.0.13以降に適用され、サーバーの更新だけで旧版アプリの入力取得方法が変わるわけではありません。

Temporary Cache and Your Choices / 一時キャッシュと利用者の選択

To avoid repeatedly processing the same public video, a server instance may temporarily cache up to 64 extraction results. A result can be reused for the same public video information and language for up to 10 minutes; expired results are not reused and are removed when the cache is next checked or the instance ends. This cache does not contain your saved edits or shopping lists. The 10-minute reuse limit does not describe retention of Google's service records or Sentry diagnostics, which is governed by the relevant services' policies.

同じ公開動画の重複処理を避けるため、サーバーの各実行環境に抽出結果を最大64件、一時キャッシュする場合があります。同じ公開動画情報と言語の結果を再利用できる期限は最大10分で、期限後は再利用せず、次のキャッシュ確認時または実行環境の終了時に除去します。このキャッシュには、利用者が保存後に編集した内容や買い物リストは含まれません。10分という再利用期限は、Google のサービス記録や Sentry の診断情報の保存期間を示すものではなく、それらは各サービスのポリシーに従います。

You can use manual recipe entry instead of requesting YouTube AI extraction, and you can delete locally saved recipes in the app. Deleting a local recipe does not itself delete records held by third-party services. Google AdMob: This app uses Google AdMob for banner and rewarded ads. The advertising SDK may process device identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP address, product interactions, advertising data, crash logs, performance data, and other diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, and service reliability. Identifiers and ad interaction records may be associated with your device. The app does not request GPS location. These SDK data practices are separate from your locally saved recipe library.

The iOS 1.0.13 update requests non-personalized ads and does not request access to the IDFA through App Tracking Transparency. This describes the update, not a change applied remotely to every older installed version. Non-personalized advertising can still involve the technical and measurement data described above. Where applicable, Google User Messaging Platform may present consent or opt-out choices. When available, reopen ad privacy choices from the app's Pro screen. Choices differ by region and do not replace your operating system's privacy settings.

Google AdMob: 本アプリはバナー広告およびリワード広告に Google AdMob を使用します。広告SDKは、広告配信・効果測定・分析・不正防止・サービスの安定稼働のため、デバイス識別子、IPアドレスから推定したおおよその位置、製品操作、広告データ、クラッシュ、パフォーマンス、その他の診断情報を処理する場合があります。識別子や広告の操作記録は端末に関連付けられる場合があります。端末のGPSによる現在地は取得しません。これらは端末内に保存したレシピ一覧とは別の情報です。

アプリ内課金: 購入処理は App Store / Google Play が行い、本アプリは支払い情報を収集・保存しません。
